1. Product Definition and Basic Composition
Pre-fabricated Laminated Decorative Panels are a new type of environmentally friendly wall panels with grade A non-combustible base materials as the core, and high-performance decorative films laminated on the surface. Through industrial prefabrication and on-site prefabricated installation, they integrate fire safety, efficient construction, and personalized decoration, and are widely used in interior and exterior wall decoration, space partitioning, and other scenarios of modern buildings.

1.1 Types of Base Materials--
Inorganic base materials: Fiber-reinforced silicate boards, cement fiber boards, magnesium oxide boards, etc., are used. They are made of cement, quartz sand, and glass fiber as the main raw materials, formed by high-pressure steam curing, and have the characteristics of grade A fire resistance, moisture resistance, and high strength.
Composite base materials: Some products adopt a composite structure of "inorganic board + thermal insulation core material (such as rock wool, polyurethane)", which combines fire resistance and thermal insulation functions.

1.2 Laminated Materials
Decorative films: PVC films, PET films, or PP films are selected and laminated on the surface of the base material through vacuum hot-pressing or cold lamination processes. They can present various textures such as wood grain, stone grain, cloth grain, and solid color, with rich colors and strong weather resistance.
Functional films: Functional films with antibacterial, anti-fouling, and wear-resistant coatings meet the needs of special scenarios such as medical treatment, education, and commerce.
