Carbon Crystal Panels

Carbon Crystal Panels are a new type of multifunctional wall panel made from modified carbon crystal particles and polymer resins through a special composite process. Heating Principle

Under the influence of an alternating electric field, the carbon crystal particles within the carbon crystal panels undergo "Brownian motion," where the carbon atoms rub and collide with each other, generating heat energy that is radiated as 8-15μm far-infrared rays. This heating method is characterized by rapid heating (reaching the set temperature in 15 minutes) and a high heat conversion rate (nearly 100%). Far-infrared rays also have health benefits by promoting blood circulation and improving metabolism. Heating Performance: Power density of 800-1200W/㎡, surface temperature of 45-60°C, heating speed of ≤15 minutes, and energy efficiency 30% higher than traditional heating.

Fireproof: B1 flame retardant (GB 8624-2012), self-extinguishing upon fire, and no toxic gases released during combustion, meeting building fire protection standards.

Waterproof and moisture-proof: Water absorption rate ≤0.2%, can be directly washed down with water, suitable for humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.
