Structural Features

• One-piece molded structure: Density reaches 1.8-2.2g/cm³, thickness typically ranges from 4-8mm, with no internal delamination and strong integrity.

• Surface Treatment:

• Wear-resistant layer: 0.3-0.7mm transparent PVC layer with added aluminum oxide wear-resistant particles, achieving a wear resistance rating of T (EN 649).

• Decorative layer: Digitally printed layer for realistically simulated wood, stone, and carpet textures.

•Locking system: Using 5G locking buckle or UNICLIC locking buckle, it is tightly connected through physical biting during splicing, without the need for glue, and the seam strength is over 800N.
