Rubber Flooring

Rubber Flooring are made primarily from natural or synthetic rubber, with fillers, plasticizers, vulcanizers, and other additives added. The rolls are manufactured through processes such as mixing, calendering, and vulcanization. Due to their high elasticity, wear and slip resistance, shock absorption, noise reduction, and strong weather resistance, they are widely used in sports venues, industrial plants, commercial spaces, and public facilities.

Structural Characteristics
• Single-layer structure: Thickness 2-8mm, density 1.2-1.6g/cm³, with a uniformly cross-linked network of rubber molecules.
• Composite structure: Some products incorporate a glass fiber reinforcement layer for improved dimensional stability or a wear-resistant coating for enhanced surface scratch resistance.

Maintenance Guidelines
• Daily Cleaning: Wipe with a neutral detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid using a wire brush or strong acid or alkaline cleaners.
• Regular Maintenance: Inspect joints annually and repair any cracks promptly. Sports surfaces should be inspected quarterly for wear and tear and reapplied with protective paint as necessary. •Special treatment: Use special rubber cleaner to remove oil stains, and freeze sticky objects such as chewing gum with ice cubes and then remove them.
