Homogeneous Flooring is a high-end PVC commercial flooring material. Its perforated structure, characterized by a completely consistent base material and surface texture, is extruded at high temperatures, achieving integrated wear resistance, fire resistance, and antibacterial properties. It is suitable for high-traffic commercial centers, public buildings, medical facilities, and industrial workshops. Even with surface wear caused by long-term use, the internal material and texture remain consistent, effectively reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
• Homogeneous Structure: Typically 1.5-4.0mm thick, the material and texture from the top layer to the bottom layer are completely consistent, maintaining a uniform appearance even after wear.

• Dense Molecular Structure: PVC resin and fillers are extruded at high temperatures to form a cross-linked network with a porosity of less than 0.1%, effectively preventing stain penetration.
Abrasion Resistance: Abrasion resistance reaches T level (EN 649 standard), passing the 5,000-cycle Taber abrasion test, making it suitable for venues with an average daily traffic of over 5,000 people. Fireproof: B1 flame retardant (GB 8624-2012), self-extinguishing in the event of fire, releasing no toxic gases, meeting fire safety requirements for commercial buildings.
Antibacterial and mildew-resistant: This medical-grade product has passed the JIS Z 2801 antibacterial test, demonstrating ≥99% inhibition of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Its moisture-resistant properties prevent mold growth.
Stain-resistant and easy to clean: The non-porous surface allows stains like soy sauce and coffee to be quickly wiped off with a damp cloth, eliminating the need for special detergents.
Foot Comfort: Shore A hardness of 70-80 provides moderately elastic cushioning, reducing fatigue after prolonged walking.
Environmentally friendly: Volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions are <1μg/m³ (EN 13419 standard), and it contains no phthalates or heavy metal residues.
