Heterogeneous Flooring

Heterogeneous Flooring are commercial flooring materials manufactured through a multi-layer lamination process. They consist of a multi-layer structure consisting of a wear-resistant layer, a printed layer, a base layer, and a base layer. Each layer works together to achieve wear resistance, rich decorative features, and good stability. They are widely used in commercial, public, and medical settings, where high performance flooring is crucial.

Hot-press lamination or coating lamination techniques are used to tightly bond the layers together, preventing delamination. Hot-press lamination uses high temperatures (120-150°C) and high pressures (0.5-1MPa) to fuse the molecules between the layers, achieving a bond strength exceeding 5N/mm². Coating lamination uses environmentally friendly adhesives to ensure interlayer stability and improve production efficiency. Transparent PVC resin + wear-resistant additives (such as aluminum oxide particles)
Resists scratches, abrasions, stains, and is easy to clean.
Colored PVC film or ink-printed layer containing inorganic pigments
Produces a variety of decorative effects such as wood grain, stone grain, and carpet texture.
PVC resin + fillers such as calcium carbonate and quartz sand, sometimes with fiberglass mesh added
Provides strength and dimensional stability.
Adhesive backing layer or expanded PVC foam layer (IXPE/EVA)
Strengthens adhesion to the floor and enhances foot comfort.
