Description & Core composition
Inorganic Precoated Panels is a Class A non-combustible wall panel whose inorganic substrate is factory-finished with high-performance coatings. Merging the fire- and moisture-proof nature of inorganic materials with the decorative and weather-resistant qualities of pre-applied finishes, it is ideal for interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and specialized functional spaces.

1.1 Basic materials--
Substrate: Manufactured from inorganic boards such as fiber-reinforced silicate panels or cement pressure boards. The primary raw materials—cement, quartz sand, and glass or cellulose fibers—are pulped, formed, and cured under high temperature and pressure (e.g., 120 °C for 24 h) to ensure exceptional strength and dimensional stability.
Adhesive layer: a specially formulated inorganic adhesive bonds the substrate to the pre-coating, ensuring strong and lasting adhesion.

1.2 Pre-coating layer--
Bottom paint layer: typically an epoxy or fluorocarbon resin primer that boosts adhesion between the coating and substrate while delivering corrosion protection.
Decoration layer: fluorocarbon, polyester or ceramic coatings are applied by roller or spray to deliver a wide palette of colors and textures—solid tones, stone, wood grain and more.
Protection layer: incorporates nano-scale anti-soiling and abrasion-resistant coatings to enhance weatherability, scratch resistance, and self-cleaning performance.
